You get a call-out fee and a price band on the phone, and a firm figure on site before a tool comes out of the van. No 'we'll see when we get there'.
Non-destructive entry first
Picking and bypassing take longer than drilling but usually save your hardware and your money. If drilling is unavoidable, we tell you first.
Entitlement checked, every job
We verify that you are entitled to access the property before we open anything. It protects you and every other customer we attend.

Call and describe the door
We ask about the door type, lock, address and situation. Two minutes on the phone saves an unnecessary call-out fee.

Get a window and a price band
Before anyone is dispatched you know the call-out fee, the likely labour cost and when to expect us.

Work confirmed on site
The technician checks entitlement, inspects the lock and confirms the final price with you before starting.
- 04
Tested, itemised, warranted
Every lock is tested with you, keys are handed over, and you get an itemised invoice with the workmanship warranty terms.
