Our default approach is non-destructive entry. Picking, bypassing or decoding a lock takes more skill than drilling it, but it usually keeps your existing hardware intact and keeps the total cost lower. Drilling is a last resort, and we tell you before we do it, along with what the replacement cylinder will cost.

How quickly can you get here?

It depends on where you are, the time of day and traffic. We give you a realistic arrival window when you call rather than a slogan, and we phone you if that window changes.

Will you break my lock to get in?

Only if there is no other way, and only after we have told you and you have agreed. Most residential and commercial locks can be opened without damage.

What proof of entitlement do you need?

Photo ID matching the address, or a lease, rates notice, utility bill or written authority from the owner or managing agent. This protects you as much as it protects us.
