Commitment
Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to reach a locksmith. That applies to this website and to how we deliver the service.

What we aim for
We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as closely as we practically can. In practice that means:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast that meets AA ratios for body text and interface elements.
- Full keyboard operation, including a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Form fields with associated labels.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without loss of content.
Known limitations
We review the site periodically rather than continuously, so a newly added page may briefly fall short. Any third-party content we embed in future may not meet the same standard, and we will note it here if that happens.
Accessible service delivery
- You can contact us by phone or email, whichever suits you.
- We can provide quotes and invoices in large print or plain text on request.
- Tell us in advance about access needs at the property — steps, narrow entries, assistance animals, or a preference that the technician calls rather than knocks — and we will accommodate them.
- If you use the National Relay Service, we accept calls placed through it. Details at accesshub.gov.au.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site or our service is difficult for you to use, email admin@urgentlocksmiththomastown.com or call (03) 7057 1535. Describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We acknowledge within 5 business days and will tell you what we can fix and when.
