Why we set the business up this way
Locksmithing has a reputation problem, and it is largely self-inflicted. Advertised prices that bear no relationship to the final invoice, technicians who reach for a drill because it is faster, and call centres that promise a fifteen-minute arrival from three suburbs away.
Quickpro Locksmiths is structured to make those things hard to do. We quote in bands over the phone and confirm a firm price on site before starting. We attempt non-destructive entry first as a matter of policy. And when we give you an arrival window, it is based on where the technician actually is, not on what sounds impressive.
What we do and do not claim
We are not going to publish a testimonial wall or a made-up number of years in the trade. If you want to know whether we can handle your specific job, ask us directly — describe the door, the lock or the vehicle, and we will tell you plainly whether it is within our capability, and refer you elsewhere if it is not.
Genuine customer reviews will appear on our Google Business Profile as customers choose to leave them. We will not write them ourselves, and we will not incentivise them.

Pricing you can check
Call-out, labour and parts are quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for. If the job changes on site, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Access we can verify
We ask for proof of entitlement on every job. It slows some call-outs down by a couple of minutes. It also means our tools are never used to help someone into a property they have no right to enter.
Advice that costs us money
If your lock only needs servicing, we will service it. If the job belongs with a glazier, a door manufacturer or a dealership, we will say so instead of taking a call-out fee for nothing.
Consumer rights respected
Our workmanship warranty sits on top of the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. We never ask a customer to sign those rights away.
