How location affects your quote
Two things move the price: how far the technician has to travel and what time it is. Both are disclosed before you book, and neither is added to the invoice as a surprise afterwards.
Travel
Jobs close to Glenroy carry our standard call-out fee. Outer suburbs may attract additional travel, which we quote as a separate line so you can see it.
After hours
Call-outs outside 8:00am – 6:00pm, and on public holidays, are charged at an after-hours rate. If your situation is not genuinely urgent, booking in business hours will usually cost less, and we will tell you when that is the sensible option.
